This role will be responsible for the end to end implementation and maintenance of all digital banking business applications including but not limited to branchless banking system, mobile apps, APIs/integrations and associated channels such as, ATMs, Middleware (Switch), Card Management system, Call center, Customer relationship management, Transactions Monitoring Systems, MIS.
- Manage the developments and maintenance pertaining to the branchless banking platform in coordination with respective vendors
- Oversee the enhancements and maintenance of mobile apps along with the releases /publishing of apps on Android and iOS play stores
- Work with vendor’s teams to, design, build, and implement application integrations.
- Explore and recommend new digital applications/channel options, ideas or improvements to build on the existing platform
- Explore and contact vendors for desired solutions; evaluate solutions and provide technical recommendations
- Coordination within IT team, vendor(s), relevant stakeholders for deployment of applications
- Coordination with external stakeholders for daily operations and c with other departments for design, functionality reviews, testing, training, etc. of new Initiatives
- Conduct periodic reviews and recommend/plan for upgrades, enhancements to the applications/channels from functional and technical perspective
- Ensure proactive and collaborative management to prevent delays and bottlenecks; escalate issues timely for resolution
- Ensure seamless operation and availability of branchless and Digital banking applications
