Prepare/ update Product Program documents with focus on products that encompass digital disbursement, collection, and digital credit scoring models.
Support preparation and execution of training plans for General Loan segment and develop training material.
Facilitate in training of sales and backend staff on customer evaluation, loan fulfilment and servicing.
Work with Risk and Analytics team to develop customer segment based financial health evaluation methodologies (Cash flow, Ratio analysis, and Risk Scoring).
Demonstrate mind set and skills for development of digital lending solutions with improved and seamless customer experience.
Conducting competitor benchmarking and assessment of product landscape and prepare updates for management on competitor offerings/ activity.
Perform the scoping of business requirements and be an active participant in product construct, design and solution architecture & UATs from a product, process and customer journey perspective.
Participate in cross-functional project teamswith coordination with Risk, Operations and Technology for project planning & execution.
Monitor Lending Product profitability with support of line manager.
Ensure product programs are in sync with internal policies, Compliance&Audit Regulations
Carry out any other task assigned by the line manager.
